At SINSUN, our quality control begins directly at the source. We start with premium raw materials from XING TAI Steel, then perform in-house spheroidizing annealing and precision wire drawing in our own plant. This end-to-end control, supported by our advanced drawing machines and gas-fired furnaces, ensures a superior microstructure, exceptional consistency, and optimal performance in every fastener we produce.

By conducting the annealing process in-house, we eliminate external logistical delays and retain full control over metallurgical parameters. This ensures that the steel exhibits balanced ductility and toughness before cold heading, preventing micro-cracks and material defects.

German & Taiwanese Engineered Manufacturing

At SINSUN, we combine German-engineered multi-station cold heading machines with precision Taiwanese production technology. Our specialized processes, including tail-gripping for drill screws, ensure every fastener is manufactured with the utmost accuracy and consistency in our state-of-the-art production facility.

This technological integration allows Sinsun to maintain tight dimensional tolerances (±0.02mm) across high-volume production runs. Our automated monitoring systems track machine parameters in real-time, instantly flagging and isolating deviations to ensure consistent, reliable quality.

Advanced Heat Treatment & Mechanical Performance

SINSUN operates four dedicated heat treatment lines, allowing for precise and controlled processing times to achieve consistent hardness and enhanced product durability. This in-house capacity ensures both exceptional fastener quality and reliable delivery schedules.

Through gas-fired carburizing and tempering furnaces, we achieve uniform mechanical properties: a core hardness of HRC 28-32 and a surface hardness optimized for self-drilling applications. Every batch is tested for tensile strength, torque limits, and hydrogen embrittlement relief to ensure optimal performance in structural applications.
